We are a family owned and operated business providing innovative ice cream creations wherever we go. Our vintage catering trailer makes a statement bringing the festivity and fun to any occasion. COT not only sweetens your event, we create a backdrop for the ultimate celebration turning hard scooped ice cream into marvelous hand crafted shakes, sundaes, smoothies, cones and soda floats. Improve your mood with a little bit of COT ice cream. We travel to fairs and festivals, private parties, weddings, corporate and community events all over Northern NJ. Our family creates an atmosphere of nostalgic fun that is unique and like no other. We started our ice cream journey in 2012 with a desire to spread more smiles via ice cream! Our first set up consisted of tables and tents with a yearning to own a food truck someday. We hustled and worked various shows and private events until one day we found our ideal catering trailer.The trailer was located in Kentucky and was lying in a field for many years waiting for its new owner. The dream went into action and we purchased the catering trailer in 2014 and the rest is history. We continued our table and tent set-up for a few more years until our trailer restoration was completed with the grand reveal in September of 2017. Life changed for us with the new addition and our business plan was in action. We happily operated out of our trailer with the hopes of finding ideal wheels worthy of completing our ride with the same vintage style that people had come to appreciate. The day arrived when Matt finally found the antique milk truck he was seeking for many years. A trip to Michigan and one year of saving and two years of labor led to its completion. We anticipate the reveal in Spring of 2024
